Old House Labs

Old House Labrador Retrievers is a family-run breeder based in Western New York, specializing in Labrador Retriever puppies in fox red, cream/yellow, black, and chocolate. The dogs come from field champion bloodlines and are intended first and foremost as loving family companions, while also having potential as hunting and retrieving partners, agility dogs, field trial or hunt test competitors, and working guide dogs. The breeder raises and whelps puppies in the family home, where they receive individual attention and social interaction before joining their new homes.

Breeding parents are reported to have OFA, CNM, EIC, and CERF clearances, and the dogs have also undergone Labrador Retriever genetic panels through PawPrints, with results available publicly. Puppies receive a veterinary check, first vaccinations, and deworming before departure, and come with a 26-month guarantee covering hips and eyes. Old House Labs shares upcoming litter information, galleries and pedigrees, testimonials, supplies, and information about additional puppy training. Prospective owners can contact the breeder to ask about litters and waiting lists.
