Old School Quarterbacks (OSQB) is a quarterback training academy serving athletes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area from its facility in Carrollton, Texas. Its coaching approach is built on strong fundamentals and the belief that quarterback development involves leadership and critical thinking as well as on-field skills. OSQB creates personalized training plans based on each quarterback’s strengths and areas for improvement, with coaching designed to build confidence and game readiness.
Programs serve youth players in grades 2–8, high school and college quarterbacks, and professionals. Training options include quarterback skills development, mental training through Chalk Talk, game film review, performance training, and preparation for the NFL Combine and Pro Day. The academy also offers a Champions Program. Its process begins with an application and phone consultation, followed by an initial private training session.
OSQB’s coaches include quarterback coaches Brad Frazier, Jarret Doege, Zach Conque, Matt Shiltz, and Jalen Morton, as well as performance coach Dr. Kye Heck.
