Old Shores is a developing golf and residential community in Florida’s sandhills, just inland from the Gulf’s sugar-sand beaches and north of Panama City Beach. Spanning more than 4,400 acres, the landscape includes rising bluffs, moss-draped oaks, sandhill lakes, and expansive forests. Guided by Michael Keiser, Jr., the project aims to bring together golf, nature, and community in a distinctive setting shaped by the character of Old Florida.

Its golf experience is designed by Tom Doak, and its plans include a walkable village inspired by the charm of English and Scottish hamlets. The envisioned community emphasizes hand-built-feeling homes, neighborly connection, and a gentler pace of daily life. Through Foundership, early members can experience the destination as it develops and help shape its culture and character.

Old Shores also shares updates about permanent and seasonal career opportunities as the project evolves, inviting interested people to join its Career Community. Together, these offerings present a place to live, play, and participate in the creation of a new destination
