Oleificio Sant’Anna is an olive oil producer founded in 1997 in Marsala, in western Sicily. Within a few years, it became a reference point for olive growers in the area. The company produces and selects extra virgin olive oils that reflect the distinctive character, aromas and intensity of the local land. Its cold-extraction method is intended to preserve the oils’ organoleptic qualities. The range includes Italian, unfiltered oils under the Brezza, Levante and Scirocco names, along with filtered first-pressing versions and organic, single-variety oils made from native olives. Products are available in several sizes. The shop also offers olive-oil seasonings with basil, lemon, orange, rosemary and chili, Sicilian balsamic vinegar, flavored Marsala sea salts, and orange-blossom honey.

Sant’Anna also offers Evo tourism tours for groups of different sizes.
