These olives are carefully selected from the brand's own groves of 300-year-old olive trees located on the slopes of Mount Amiata in the Maremma region of Southern Tuscany. To ensure the highest quality, Olio Piro utilizes a proprietary double filtration milling system developed in partnership with the Italian Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche.
