Olive and Co is a Maine-based wedding planning and event management business serving couples in and around Portland, Maine. Planning weddings since 2015, the team helps clients create personal, joyful celebrations that bring together their loved ones, reflect their story, and make the most of Maine’s local food and vendors.

The company offers three planning options to suit different needs. Partial Planning provides design-focused support, detailed planning guidance, and event management for couples with a clear vision. Comprehensive Planning offers full-service guidance throughout the planning process, from shaping the celebration to coordinating its details. Event Management is designed for couples who enjoy planning but want a local professional to refine details and oversee a smooth wedding day; rental selection is available as an upgrade for basic design assistance.

Olive and Co’s services include design, budget development, vendor consultation and sourcing, timeline creation and coordination, logistics management, and event-day oversight. With a kind, collaborative approach, the team aims to ease the planning workload and help couples feel present and enjoy their celebration.
