Agent O Consulting helps small business owners protect their profits, simplify financial systems, and better understand how money moves through their businesses. Its Profit Protect service provides a free, no-pressure estimate of potential savings on merchant services for businesses processing at least $5,000 in card payments each month. The review examines a client’s current effective processing rate, identifies possible hidden fees or outdated pricing, and offers a straightforward estimate based on actual account data. Agent O also provides honest guidance on whether changing providers makes sense, focusing on practical payment strategies rather than switching for its own sake.

Led by Olivia Scholz, known as Agent O, the business emphasizes personal service, education, and clear communication. Clients work with a real point of contact rather than a call center and can receive help understanding how their payment setup works. To prepare for a review, business owners share one to three months of merchant account statements and may invite others involved in financial decisions.
