Olivier Vilain

Olivier Vilain de La Figuera is an Aragonese high-performance athlete and a three-star FEDAS-CMAS instructor dedicated to freediving, or sports apnea. A competitive freediver and coach, he leads the National Apnea School of the Spanish Federation of Underwater Activities (FEDAS) and heads the Apnea Department of the Aragonese Federation of Underwater Activities (FARAS). He also supports an apnea training group in Aragón.

Through his website, Olivier shares guidance for people interested in discovering or improving their practice, from beginners to competitive athletes. He offers apnea courses, including FEDAS-certified training, and information about safe entry into the sport.
