OLLi Salumeria is a fourth-generation salumi family brand with over 170 years of delicious history. Passed down through four generations, they have perfected the art of curing meat to deliver an authentic Italian experience in every bite. The brand's journey began in Norcia, Italy in 1850 when Oliviero's grandfather started making salami.
Over the years, the family expanded their trade to Rome, where they opened salumi stores and eventually a successful manufacturing business. In 2000, Oliviero joined his grandfather's company, learning traditional techniques and creating everlasting salami filled with history, tradition, patience, and quality. In 2010, Olli decided to start his own company in Virginia, which has grown into Olli Salumeria.
They produce a variety of products, including snack packs, antipasto, sliced chubs, salamini, and food service/bulk options. Olli Salumeria's dedication to quality and craftsmanship has gained recognition, with their products being named one of Oprah's Favorite Things in 2013. With their expansion to a larger facility in California in 2015, they increased their production to over 100,000 lbs of salami a week, allowing them to expand their portfolio and reach nationwide.
In 2017, Olli Salumeria introduced Olli snacks, entering the snack world and making their products available nationwide in various locations. As they celebrate their ten-year anniversary in 2020, they continue to push the Olli brand forward, overcoming obstacles and expanding their reach. Their commitment to innovation is evident with the launch of their preservative-free salami in 2023, a first in the industry.
