OLMEdu | Rome is a brand that focuses on the challenge of digital transformation in Higher Education (HE). With the recent impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the need for online learning and skill development for higher education staff (HES) has become crucial. OLMEdu addresses this need by providing the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies for HES to facilitate distance learning using online training technologies and tools.

They aim to cultivate the ability to integrate appropriate pedagogies into online environments, ensuring effective teaching-learning processes. OLMEdu offers a range of services and products to achieve these goals. They create training activities and learning materials to help HEI staff create positive learning environments, collaborate, make decisions, solve problems, and integrate strategic scenarios.

They also develop a user-friendly tool for online simulations, allowing staff to enhance their training offerings. Additionally, OLMEdu establishes an open-access learning repository and online community of practice for HEI educational staff to develop online training delivery skills and competencies. With a focus on innovation and impact, OLMEdu aims to transfer knowledge and skills to HEI staff and shift from traditional to ICT-enhanced teaching and learning in Management Education.
