Oulun Lääketieteellinen Tutkimussäätiö (OLTS), or the Oulu Medical Research Foundation, is a Finnish foundation supporting medical research, education and the development of expertise in Northern Finland. Established in 1960, it focuses on advancing medical research at the University of Oulu by awarding annual grants to meritorious researchers and research projects.
