About Maldives Olympic Committee
The Maldives Olympic Committee (MOC) is a nonprofit Olympic Sport Organization established in 1985. As the supreme body responsible for developing elite athletes, MOC plays a crucial role in preparing athletes for major international competitions such as the Olympic Games, the Commonwealth Games, and Games of the Asia Region. MOC adheres to the Olympic Charter and the Law of the Republic of Maldives, ensuring that it has the supreme and exclusive authority on matters related to athlete development.
With a mission to develop and expand the Olympic Movement in the Maldives, MOC envisions itself as a recognized organization locally, regionally, continentally, and globally in promoting and developing sports.
