Olympic Fly Fishers of Edmonds

Olympic Fly Fishers of Edmonds is a fly-fishing club founded in 1965 to promote the sport through education, conservation, and community. Based in Edmonds, Washington, the organization welcomes anglers of all experience levels, from newcomers learning the basics to seasoned fishers looking to refine their skills. Its educational resources cover gear and setup, fly patterns, rods, line weight, fishing techniques, and safety on the water. Members and guests can also take part in expert-led classes, seminars, workshops, and community events, including free personalized instruction.

The club organizes outings to fly-fishing locations across Washington state, where participants can explore local waters, learn from experienced anglers, and connect with fellow members. Its calendar lists events and outing sign-ups, including trips to Beaver and Lone lakes. Olympic Fly Fishers also supports the protection of natural areas and fisheries through advocacy, hands-on conservation, and sustainable fishing practices. With club meetings, a clubhouse at Lake Ballinger, and opportunities to get involved, it offers a welcoming way to learn, fish, and contribute to the Pacific Northwest angling community.
