The 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade, named after Kosh Otaman Kost Hordiienko, is a Ukrainian military formation that presents itself as a defender of Ukraine’s freedom and independence. Drawing on the Cossack traditions of courage and resilience, the brigade invites people to join its service and contribute their skills to its units.

Recruitment is open for combat roles, including infantry and artillery, as well as medical and support positions. Vacancies listed include medics, surgeons, clerks, logistics specialists, drivers and fuel-truck operators. Previous combat experience is not required for many roles, and recruits receive training before joining a unit. The brigade also welcomes transfers from other military formations, subject to approval.

Its recruitment team provides information about available positions and can guide applicants through enlistment, document preparation and the medical assessment process. The website states that service members receive housing, meals, equipment, medical care and financial compensation, with leave provided under applicable law.
