Our main focus is on creating all-natural, lightly cooked shellfish that can be enjoyed straight from the pack or used in a variety of dishes. We specialize in vacuum-packed and gourmet cooked Greenshell Mussels and Littleneck Clams.

Our shellfish products are free from additives and full of innate flavor, offering the same presentation and preparation options as fresh shellfish without the hassle of time, wastage, and food safety concerns. They have a chilled shelf life of 12 months (24 months if frozen) and come from sustainably managed brood stocks. Our mussels and clams are grown in the pristine waters of the Marlborough Sounds, benefiting from the clean and nutrient-rich seawater, as well as the abundance of phytoplankton.
