Ocean Medical Group is a Portuguese healthcare training and emergency-services organisation founded in 2008 and based in Taguspark, Oeiras. Through OMES Rescue, it provides medical assistance for large-scale gatherings, corporate events and organisations, as well as tailored support for individuals. Its operations cover sporting, cultural and music events, high-complexity situations, long-duration operations, medical evacuations, international missions and civil-protection activities. Services also include aquatic rescue, beach-bather assistance, healthcare recruitment and consultancy, and support for health-service management.

The group delivers professional training in emergency medicine, resuscitation and trauma, and first aid and defibrillation. It reports training more than 12,000 people annually and is an American Heart Association International Training Center. Its event solutions can include clinical teams, operational management, medical vehicles, advanced medical posts, defibrillators, ultrasound imaging and patient transport. Since 2022, OMES has also worked with healthcare units on workforce management and recruitment. The organisation reports operations in several international markets and experience supporting large-scale vaccination, including more than 200,000 hours of nursing care.
