OMI Astro is an online platform connecting astronomers with remote telescopes at dark-sky observatories around the world. Its global network lets customers rent a telescope by the month, with a live map showing observatories, telescope availability, and current or upcoming night conditions. The listings cover a range of telescope and camera configurations, with rental prices varying by equipment and availability.

For those who are not ready to rent a telescope, OMI Astro offers imaging requests: customers specify an imaging sequence, and the team captures it, charging for exposure time. The platform also provides telescope guides, group rentals, and hosting services in China and Australia, with Chile listed as a planned offering. Additional services and resources include observatory information and status updates, image data, deep-sky-object image sets, data subscriptions, open datasets, and an image gallery. OMI Astro also sells astronomy equipment and complete systems, including used equipment and special offers, and provides automation tools through its OMI astro-Automation System.
