Microgreens

Microgreens aus Olsberg im Hochsauerland produces fresh, locally grown young vegetables and herbs for private customers and gastronomy. Harvested just 8 to 20 days after sowing, depending on the variety, these tender greens are grown in vegan substrate and sold as leaves and stems. The brand highlights their varied flavors, which range from mild and nutty to crisp, spicy, and aromatic, as well as their vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds. Microgreens are best enjoyed raw, where they can add color, texture, and flavor to meals.

Customers can choose from weekly mixed selections and subscription options, with fresh produce available for pickup on Thursdays from 4 to 7 p.m. The site also shares serving inspiration, including a smoothie recipe featuring broccoli, pak choi, or sunflower microgreens. With an emphasis on local production, freshness, and enjoyable ways to include greens in everyday eating, Microgreens aus Olsberg offers a convenient seasonal option for home kitchens and food businesses alike.
