OMJ

**Olimpiada Matematyczna Juniorów (OMJ)** is a prominent competition dedicated to fostering mathematical talent among young students in Poland. Organized by the Association for Mathematical Education, OMJ aims to enhance students' problem-solving skills and inspire a love for mathematics. The competition comprises several stages: the first stage is held in schools, followed by two additional stages culminating in the finals at prominent academic institutions.

Participants engage in challenging mathematical tasks, with opportunities for students from across the country to showcase their abilities. The events include the recent second-degree competition involving 1,306 students from 769 primary schools, and crucial final competitions scheduled for March 2025. The OMJ not only recognizes top achievers, granting titles to finalists and laureates, but also offers essential resources, including educational materials and a dedicated platform for participants to track their progress and submit appeals regarding their assessments.

The initiative is fully supported by the Polish Ministry of Education, highlighting its significance in the academic community.
