Omnino is a young micro-roastery based in Strasbourg that is dedicated to the concept of specialty coffee in France. At Omnino, we cater to the curious, epicureans, and conscious consumers. Our journey began in 2017, with a mission to promote meticulousness, conviviality, sincerity, and a French way of life in the world of coffee.

We meticulously roast our coffee using light cooking profiles to reveal aromatic peculiarities and highlight the coffee's terroir. We believe in the pioneering role of local artisans and traders in reenchanting the world, awakening sensitivities, and nurturing curiosity. Sincerity is our strength, combining honesty and open-mindedness in our coffees and work practices.

At Omnino, we appreciate the restoration of old places or vehicles, reviving traditional craftsmanship, and cherishing timeless sensibilities. Behind Omnino, passionate travelers, vintage car enthusiasts, and connoisseurs of fine products work tirelessly. After discovering specialty coffee around the world, they embarked on this adventure to contribute to the coffee revolution in France.

With a range of hundreds of aromatic descriptors, as many as a fine wine, and the immense diversity of botanical varieties and terroirs, coffee deserves to be taken seriously. After all, if we can send back a corked wine at a restaurant, why not do the same for a bad cup of coffee? Omnino has several dreams, including rehabilitating a Citroën HY to introduce specialty coffee to the people of Alsace in unique and diverse locations. We also aspire to offer coffee enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy their favorite Omnino coffees at home or in the office.

Our ultimate fantasy is to open coffee shops in unconventional spaces and ephemeral locations, to introduce coffee lovers to the world of specialty coffee. Additionally, we dream of transforming a historic venue into an accessible roastery, where people can fully immerse themselves in the specialty coffee experience.
