OnA GmbH

OnA is an interdisciplinary interior architecture and spatial strategy studio with offices in Leipzig and Düsseldorf. Founded by three people, the practice believes that spaces do more than serve a function: they can express culture, support organisations and shape how people work, learn and meet. OnA works with businesses, schools and educational institutions, municipalities, public organisations and property developers to rethink spaces and respond to changing needs.

Its services span the full project journey, from analysis and consulting to design and delivery. The team assesses existing spaces and needs, defines project goals, develops functional and space plans, and explores feasibility. Interior architecture services include concept and design development, occupancy planning, furniture and styling concepts, brand storytelling in space, and colour, material, lighting and sustainability planning. OnA also supports implementation through detailed planning, procurement, cost tracking, coordination of specialist consultants and contractors, site supervision, quality control and follow-up. Its approach emphasises participation, thoughtful use of existing buildings, and spaces that foster belonging, collaboration, concentration and positive experiences.
