On-Target Therapies

Irlen Wyoming, operating through On-Target Therapies in Laramie, provides services intended to support visual processing, learning, attention, and brain function. The practice is led by Tara, an occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience working with children and adults in settings including public schools and rehabilitation centers. Her work focuses on helping people find support for reading, learning, and vocational activities.

Services include Irlen diagnostics for people experiencing challenges such as reading difficulties, visual fatigue, trouble focusing, or sensitivity to bright and high-contrast environments. The practice also offers NeurOptimal Dynamical neurofeedback training, which uses information about changing brain activity to support greater flexibility and resilience. Interactive Metronome provides assessment and training focused on timing, attention, memory, comprehension, communication, and motor and sensory skills. Equipping Minds offers interactive, one-to-one cognitive training through games designed to strengthen skills such as working memory, processing, logic, language, and self-regulation.

On-Target Therapies works with individuals of varied ages and abilities, including people with learning, developmental, attention, and processing challenges.
