Formerly known as Oncocyte, the company develops molecular testing solutions intended to support researchers, clinicians, laboratories, and healthcare systems with actionable information across the continuum of care. Its mission is to broaden access to molecular diagnostics and help advance precision medicine through science-led innovation.
In transplantation, iMDx offers GraftAssureCore, a blood-based test for monitoring donor-derived cell-free DNA after transplant, and GraftAssureIQ, a related assay kit for research use only. GraftAssureDx, an in-development clinical assay, is intended to measure relative and absolute dd-cfDNA levels in plasma following kidney transplantation. In oncology, the company is developing DetermaCNI, which measures genomic copy number instability in circulating tumor DNA to monitor treatment effectiveness, and DetermaIO, a 27-gene expression test designed to assess the tumor microenvironment and predict potential response to immunotherapy. A research-use-only DetermaIO assay is also listed as coming soon. iMDx supports its products with scientific publications and services for the healthcare and research communities.
