Oncolliga Girona

Fundació Oncolliga Girona is a charitable foundation that supports people affected by cancer and their families, working to improve their quality of life through practical assistance, emotional support and community initiatives. Based in Girona, the organisation offers services including psychological care, nutrition advice, home physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage, oncology-focused podiatry and beauty care, as well as a wig bank, legal guidance, cognitive rehabilitation and loans of technical equipment. It also provides home cleaning, Nordic walking and a residential home, alongside spaces for companionship and family respite.

Oncolliga Girona promotes prevention and wellbeing through educational programmes, school activities and initiatives focused on healthy living. The foundation supports cancer research and makes donations to hospitals, while inviting individuals, businesses and local communities to contribute. Its fundraising activities include sporting challenges and solidarity events such as Oncotrail, Oncoswim and Oncobike, as well as campaigns, partner businesses and community gatherings. Through donations, memberships and volunteering, Oncolliga brings together people across the Girona area to help patients and their loved ones access support throughout their cancer journey.
