Ocean Network is a peer-to-peer GPU cloud for AI inference and compute, connecting users with dedicated hardware on a pay-per-use basis. Customers can run open models from the Hugging Face Hub behind OpenAI-compatible endpoints, with hourly pricing displayed before a booking begins. A selected GPU remains dedicated to the customer for the booked window, and billing stops when that window ends.

The platform supports text, image, and video generation, as well as containerised compute jobs launched from tools including VS Code, Cursor, and Windsurf. Ocean MCP lets coding agents select hardware, run work, and report results, while Ocean Orchestrator provides another option for managing GPU compute. Users can also run a node and earn when others use their idle GPUs.
