Oncotech

Oncotech is a nonprofit, public-private consortium based in Naples, Italy, at the University of Naples Federico II. It brings together complementary academic and industry expertise to advance oncology research, education, scientific communication and medical informatics. Its work spans applied biomedical research in preclinical and clinical settings, including the design and conduct of Phase I–IV studies, the development of medicines and treatment regimens, and the creation and management of research databases. The consortium also supports research into prevention, population health interventions and epidemiological monitoring through advanced information systems.

Oncotech promotes collaboration among universities, research bodies and national and international organizations, and shares expertise with companies and other external partners. Its services may include providing goods and specialist support aligned with its mission. The organization also arranges advanced scientific and professional training, internships and continuing medical education, and develops editorial services and materials for public science communication. Through courses, congresses, seminars, conferences and discussions, Oncotech fosters professional development and knowledge exchange in oncology and related fields.
