OneChai

OneChai Muaythai & K1 is a training centre for people who enjoy Muay Thai and the spirit of training in Thailand. Its 400-square-metre facility includes approximately 180 square metres of training space, with classes designed around quality rather than large numbers. Each session has two or three instructors and a limited number of students on the mat, allowing for attentive coaching.

The club welcomes beginners and experienced fighters alike, from people taking their first class to those pursuing national or international competition. Its offering includes Muay Thai, K1 and fighter fitness. Training engages the whole body and supports strength, conditioning, balance, coordination, concentration and focus.

OneChai aims to create a warm, positive community where people can learn, improve and develop, both in martial arts and personally. It welcomes people regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or political views. New members can try training free for two weeks, and visitors can consult the class schedule and contact the club for details.
