OneClick is an operational intelligence platform designed for Chick-fil-A® franchise operators and their teams. It brings shift operations, scheduling, training, breaks, checklists, ratings, and accountability together in one app, helping teams coordinate around a shared, up-to-date operating plan. The platform integrates with HotSchedules® and syncs schedule changes so leaders can prepare for shifts without duplicating information across whiteboards, spreadsheets, and separate tools.

OneClick offers six core modules: Shifts, Scheduling, Training, Accountability, Checklists, and mobile access. Features support role placement, training progress, task assignment, and performance coaching for operators, directors, leaders, and team members. The company also provides the Operator Activation Program, a 12-week onboarding and training service with setup assistance, weekly checkpoints, and an assigned customer success manager.

The site lists Essentials and Premium plans at $99 and $249 per month, respectively, with annual billing. OneClick reports use at more than 650 franchised locations and by over 70,000 team members.
