ONE Custom Homes is a luxury home builder serving the Chicagoland area, with a particular focus on the North Shore. The company specializes in design-built custom homes and offers concierge construction services intended to simplify the building journey and reduce the work clients need to manage. Its services include designing and building new homes, as well as bringing remodels and renovations to life across a range of scales and complexities.

ONE emphasizes transparency, quality, and reliability, aiming to turn each client’s vision into a finished home while building lasting relationships. Its process begins with a conversation to answer questions and explain the company’s approach, followed by a tailored plan for the property. Clients are kept informed as the plan is carried out, with guidance intended to provide confidence from start to finish.

The portfolio features varied architectural styles, including Modern Zen, Contemporary, Tudor Revival, European Renaissance, White Farmhouse, and Traditional. The company reports 15 years in business, 32 years of industry experience, and more than $150 million developed and built.
