About One Design Week
ONE DESIGN WEEK is an international festival for contemporary design and visual culture. The festival, which has been happening for 8 years, is now based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This year's theme is "Can I Help?," exploring design as a tool that shapes every aspect of our lives.
The festival program includes a professional forum with participants from around the world, as well as a series of events open to the public, such as exhibitions, workshops, discussions, presentations, lectures, children's programs, films, books, and parties. ONE DESIGN WEEK serves as a platform that stimulates and supports the development of design professionals in Bulgaria. Additionally, the festival aims to present and popularize sustainable and meaningful design practices globally.
The event is organized by the ONE Foundation for Culture and Arts, which also organizes other annual festivals such as ONE ARCHITECTURE WEEK and ONE DANCE WEEK
