About One Economy Foundation
The One Economy Foundation, established in May 2016 as a registered non-profit organization under Namibia's Companies Act, is committed to bridging the socioeconomic divide in Namibia. Our mission is to empower vulnerable communities, particularly youth, by providing opportunities for education, health, and entrepreneurship. Through evidence-based interventions, we offer a range of programs including afterschool activities, tutoring, entrepreneurship training, and STEAM education, all designed to enhance learning and skill development.
Recognizing the vital importance of holistic support, we address critical issues such as sexual and reproductive health, gender-based violence awareness, and mental health services. Our well-structured initiatives also focus on building capacity within communities through accredited training and mentoring programs tailored to individual and collective needs.
With a people-centric approach, the One Economy Foundation fosters open dialogue, collaboration with like-minded organizations, and the co-creation of solutions informed by the lived experiences of our beneficiaries, ensuring sustainable impacts and pathways to shared prosperity for all.
