OneMall

OneMall is a Japanese proxy shopping service operated by Inagora Inc., helping customers outside Japan buy products from Japanese marketplaces and online stores. It supports more than 16 sites, including Mercari, Yahoo Japan Auctions, Yahoo Fleamarket, Rakuten, Rakuma, Amazon Japan, Suruga-ya, ZOZOTOWN, Animate, and 2nd STREET. Customers can also submit product links from other Japanese stores for OneMall to purchase on their behalf.

The service provides a Japanese address, pays sellers in yen, receives purchases at its warehouse in Japan, and forwards them internationally, including to the USA. Customers pay the item price and service fee when ordering, then pay international shipping after items arrive at the warehouse. Purchases from different sellers can be consolidated into one parcel, and a shipping calculator helps estimate costs. OneMall’s offerings include shopping guidance, marketplace-specific guides, customer support, and value-added services such as LinkBuy, pre-storage, photo service, and protection. Its catalog spans anime goods, figures, trading cards, fashion, watches, sneakers, skincare, and other Japanese products.
