One the Waterfront is an exciting new brand that encompasses a restaurant, cafe, bar, and boutique-style rooms, all situated by the sea in Tramore, County Waterford. Known as a popular holiday destination in Ireland's Ancient East, Tramore offers a picturesque setting for this contemporary venue. The Waterfront originally opened as a bar in the 1960s but faced closure during the economic downturn.

However, in 2018, it was purchased by local businessman Seamus Walsh, renowned for his ownership of the luxurious Waterford Castle. Under Seamus's guidance, the property underwent extensive renovations, including the addition of the Captain's deck and the Beach deck, which boast breathtaking sea views. In June 2019, One the Waterfront restaurant opened its doors, followed by the newly restored Waterfront bar in December.

The brand continued to expand in 2020 with the introduction of chic boutique-style rooms, and in 2021, a new accommodation option called the Beach Cliff, offering affordable rooms with stunning sea views.
