About One Thousand Villages
One Thousand Villages is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to creating positive change and improving the lives of children, women, and families who are at risk of exploitation and abuse. Since its establishment in 2002, the organization has been focused on addressing the root causes and outcomes of poverty, injustice, and violence in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Lao PDR.
