Arco, also known as Ação Regional de Contribuição Social e Oportunidades, is a nonprofit organization founded in 2022 to advance the rights and well-being of LGBTQIAP+, Black, peripheral, and other marginalized communities. Based in the Metropolitan Region of Recife, with a particular focus on Jaboatão dos Guararapes, it works to confront discrimination, structural violence, and social exclusion. Its programs and initiatives span health, education, advocacy, communication, and culture, with an emphasis on empowerment, comprehensive care, community strengthening, visibility, and social justice.

Arco also works with public and private institutions and civil-society groups to promote education and information on diversity, race, gender, sexuality, and human rights. Its resources include a library with virtual and physical collections, publications, and educational materials. The organization also provides a harm-reduction resource library and a drug-combination reference table, sharing information intended to support informed care.
