About O Ninho do Bebé
O Ninho do Bebé is a care and education center supporting expectant and new parents through pregnancy, birth and early childhood. Its aim is to help mothers and fathers feel more confident and prepared for the arrival of a baby, while promoting wellbeing for both parents and children. The center offers childbirth preparation courses developed by a multidisciplinary team and led by a specialist midwife, with standard and intensive formats to suit different needs.
Its prenatal services include birth and labor support, aquatic preparation, Rebozo relaxation sessions and Spinning Babies exercises. After birth, families can access breastfeeding support, guidance on newborn care, baby massage information and postpartum recovery services. The center also provides consultations, workshops and training on pregnancy, childbirth, infant care and child development, as well as activities for babies and children.
