Liftoff

Liftoff is a hiring and networking platform designed to help people find promising opportunities and candidates through trusted connections. It combines AI with human insight to make hiring and professional networking more focused, prioritizing quality over public broadcasts and noisy feeds. Users can build a private profile and network, signal what they are looking for, and receive role searches from their connections and the wider Liftoff network. They can recommend people discreetly, share opportunities, and facilitate introductions.

For employers, Liftoff supports creating a role search, sharing a link to collect candidate suggestions, and reaching second- and third-degree connections. Searches can also be boosted to connectors within the platform, and employers can request introductions to potential candidates. The service aims to help teams make suitable hires more efficiently and at a lower cost. For job seekers and networkers, it offers ways to connect with hiring teams and build relationships that may lead to future opportunities.
