My Family Vets is an online veterinary service based in the UK that allows you to consult with a qualified vet from the comfort of your own home. With just a few simple steps, you can book an appointment online and have a video call with a vet in minutes. The service is available 7 days a week, between 8am and 11pm, ensuring you have access to expert advice whenever you need it.

During the 10-minute consultation, the vet will offer advice on caring for your pet at home and assist you in arranging any necessary treatments. The cost of the consultation is £24, which will be refunded if an in-person follow-up is recommended within 48 hours. My Family Vets has partnered with Vets Now to offer a seamless experience and the best possible care for your beloved pets.

Whether you have non-urgent queries, need preventative care advice, or have ongoing and chronic conditions, Video Vets Now is here to help. Please note that our vets are unable to prescribe medication via video consult
