One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) is a Government of India initiative that expands access to scholarly research for higher education and research institutions across the country. Managed by the INFLIBNET Centre, the programme serves students, faculty, researchers and academic communities at more than 6,500 member institutions. It provides online access to over 13,000 full-text journal titles from a global network of more than 30 scholarly and academic publishers, covering 27 broad subject categories.
Users can search and browse journals and articles through the ONOS portal, with access available to eligible users through their registered institutions. ONOS also supports applications for article processing charges in selected high-quality Gold Open Access journals. To help institutions and users make effective use of its resources, the initiative offers webinars, workshops, training programmes, user guides and other outreach activities.
By bringing research publications and related support together in a national platform, ONOS aims to strengthen research, education and knowledge sharing across participating institutions in India
