On Track Healthcare

On Track Healthcare is an occupational therapy service supporting children and their families through outreach, clinic-based and telehealth care. Serving the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas, as well as Melbourne’s Northern and Western Suburbs, the team provides family-centred, inclusive support shaped around each child’s and family’s individual needs and goals.

Therapy focuses on skills and strategies that can support children’s development in fine and gross motor abilities, play, self-care, feeding, emotional regulation and sensory regulation. On Track Healthcare works with children with disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disability, ADHD and developmental delay, as well as other disabilities. Its clinical practice uses ethical, neurodiversity-affirming approaches and supports the neurodiversity movement.

Families can access services at home, in the community, in a clinic or via telehealth. The organisation also provides information about the NDIS and offers pathways to make a referral, share feedback or raise a complaint. On Track Healthcare aims to help children make progress, thrive and build their capabilities while supporting the wider family unit.
