Onward Therapy Peds

Onward Therapy Pediatrics is a private pediatric therapy practice serving children ages 0 to 18 in St. Lucie County and across Florida’s Treasure Coast. The practice provides individualized occupational therapy in children’s everyday environments, including their homes, preschools, and private schools, and now also offers speech therapy. Its approach centers on each child’s needs, strengths, and goals, with care plans designed to support meaningful progress and participation in daily life.

Occupational therapy services address skills related to age-appropriate activities of daily living, as well as developmental delays, sensory processing, executive function, transitions, social interaction, purposeful play, and coping skills. The practice also works with children with diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and traumatic brain injury. Therapy combines motivating, enjoyable activities with skill development, while collaboration with parents and teachers helps carry goals into a child’s daily routines.
