Onyx & Key is a premium residential concierge and home-care service based in Nashville, Tennessee. Serving Belle Meade, West Meade, Green Hills, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Brentwood, and Franklin, the company helps homeowners protect their properties and reclaim time by managing home maintenance, projects, and personal logistics.

Its services include scheduled property walkthroughs, preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovation oversight. After each walkthrough, clients receive a photo report that prioritizes urgent issues, future planning, and items to monitor. For larger projects, Onyx & Key scopes the work, sources tradespeople, and oversees progress through completion. The team also handles practical errands, such as taking a car for service, meeting deliveries, and preparing a home for guests or an owner’s return.

Membership options range from Keyholder, a visit-free home-service schedule with reminders, to Seasonal and Estate plans with regular inspections and maintenance. Away Checks provide updates while clients travel. The company emphasizes vetted workers, consistent home stewards, advance approval of written quotes, and discreet handling of keys, access codes, and household information.
