About OPA
The Oesophageal Patients Association (OPA) is an independent registered charity founded in 1985 by a group of former oesophageal cancer patients. With a focus on providing support and information, the OPA has helped thousands of patients, carers, and their families through their oesophageal and gastric difficulties. Their range of informative booklets and leaflets serve as a valuable reference for patients, carers, and various organizations.
To further enhance their support, the OPA now offers Zoom appointments or telephone calls with a Patient Buddy. This service is provided free of charge, thanks to generous donations. If you're interested in this support, you can reach out to the OPA through their cancer support helpline or email.
