About OPAL
OPAL is a federation of alternative telecom operators in Luxembourg, representing almost all of them. They offer telecommunications services and actively advocate for the interests of these operators. As the main point of contact for the government and national and European institutions governing the telecom sector, OPAL plays a crucial role in shaping telecommunications policies.
In addition to their lobbying efforts, OPAL provides various services and resources to its members. These include news updates, ongoing and closed consultations, reference offers, and information on national and European legislation related to the telecom industry. They are a member of the Luxembourg Confederation of Commerce (clc).
