Zorggroep De Opbouw is a nationwide Dutch foundation dedicated to care and support for older people and people with intellectual disabilities. Guided by the belief that everyone who needs help should be able to receive it, the organisation works to help people lead meaningful and fulfilling lives. Its approach is rooted in the view that everyone has value and can make a meaningful contribution, and that people should have room to be themselves in a caring society.
De Opbouw brings together the knowledge, skills and capacity for innovation of its care organisations, enabling staff to work with clients, relatives and volunteers to provide the best possible care and support. Its organisations—Prinsenstichting, Silverein and Zideris—offer care, support and treatment for older people and people with intellectual disabilities. The group also works with local, regional and national networks to develop sustainable care. By sharing learning and collaborating, Zorggroep De Opbouw aims to contribute to an inclusive, connected society in which everyone counts.
