Open Door Ministries Tennis

Open Door Ministries Sports & Wellness Center is a Christian nonprofit organization serving Moncks Corner, South Carolina, near Charleston. Founded by the Giannelli family, the ministry uses tennis to support physical health, personal growth, and community connection. Its mission is to create a welcoming, faith-centered environment where people of all ages can enjoy recreation or competition, build confidence, and find encouragement.

The center offers affordable tennis clinics for youth, teens, and adults, along with summer camps, private instruction, and hitting lessons. Visitors can also rent a court or request racket stringing. Programs take place on courts at the organization’s property, with a long-term vision of developing a larger public tennis facility.

Open Door Ministries aims to provide a positive outlet for children and a place for families to spend time together while developing healthier lifestyles. Prayer and ministry are part of its broader community-focused approach. Local businesses and supporters can contribute through sponsorship packages, which offer benefits such as website and social media recognition while helping fund program equipment and student items.
