About OpenFest
OpenFest is the largest Bulgarian conference dedicated to free culture, open-source software, and knowledge sharing. It serves as a festival of freedom, supporting creativity and the open exchange of information. Every year, OpenFest gathers enthusiasts, creators, supporters, and new fans of free arts and software.
The main goal of OpenFest is to promote projects developed using open-source software and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and best practices in the field. The festival also provides a platform for showcasing free art. OpenFest's motto is "Let's share freedom!" Since its first edition in 2003 in Sofia, the festival has been held annually.
OpenFest is organized by the Open Projects Foundation, which receives support from the entire Bulgarian free/open-source community, as well as numerous partners and friends. Join OpenFest on the 4th and 5th of November 2023 at the John Atanasoff Forum, Sofia Tech Park, Sofia, Bulgaria
