OpenGateBNB provides automated access control for short-term accommodation hosts and property managers. Its service connects an existing electric gate to booking dates, allowing guests to enter through a secure link sent automatically for check-in. Guests do not need to install an app, carry keys, or arrange a handover with the host. Access is enabled only for the reservation period, helping simplify arrivals and reduce manual coordination.

The system works with electric gates using eWeLink, Tuya, or SmartLife devices, and includes initial integration and setup for the accommodation, gate, and platform. Both Basic and Pro plans offer booking integration, timed access, automatic guest messages, and WhatsApp support. Pro adds geolocation validation, separate access for maintenance staff or other authorized visitors, multichannel device management, and flexible access outside booking dates.

OpenGateBNB is designed to support multiple accommodation listings, with additional operational options for larger or more complex hosting needs. Its service aims to make guest arrivals more convenient while giving hosts greater control over property access.
