OPENHCI 2023 is an intensive workshop dedicated to promoting the field of human-computer interaction (HCI) and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration. This year's workshop marks the thirteenth iteration and is organized by students majoring in information engineering and design from universities such as Tsinghua, Chengchi, Yangming, Taipei Tech, and NTUST. The event aims to advance the study of HCI and facilitate interdisciplinary projects among students from different schools.

One of the highlights of OPENHCI 2023 is its collaboration with TAICHI 2023, synergizing to break down barriers between fields and professions, fostering innovation and knowledge exchange. The workshop features keynote speeches from experts across various domains, including design, engineering, and sociology, while offering hands-on tools courses covering topics such as Unity and Arduino.

Additionally, attendees can look forward to engaging with the activities and immersive learning experiences scheduled at the National Taiwan University from July 29th to August 13th. The event is free of charge, excluding minor fees, and insurance costs.
