About Open House Athens
Open House Athens is a brand that is dedicated to showcasing and promoting architecture. Originating from London in 1992, the Open House movement has since spread to many cities worldwide. Open House Athens invites the public to explore and appreciate the value of architecture.
Each year, for a period of two days, public and private buildings open their doors to the public for free, transforming the city into a vast museum, with the buildings themselves and their architecture as the exhibits. Open House Athens has been taking place in the city every spring since 2014. The 11th edition of OPEN HOUSE Athens will be held on April 13-14, 2024, with a multitude of activities starting a week earlier.
